A Glimpse into the Ideology of Humanistic Achievement by Libertarian Absolution
As if the examination of the American radical left couldn’t be a more befitting example for a sociological paper. The political radical groups in the Democratic Party can closely be observed by the uprising of liberal extremists seeking to tip the scales of constructive order since the 1960s (Stilson, 2026). The DSA now claims to be the largest socialist organization in the history of the United States as it passed 120,000 members on July 4th of this year (Democratic Socialists of America, 2026). The revolutionary push for the profusion of an idea to achieve totalitarian liberties is just plainly impractical and very dangerous.
The DSA promotes a plan for a centralized government that monopolizes socioeconomic living as can be examined by its newly updated platform (Democratic Socialists of America, n.d.). Observably, the socialist group desires to unbuild the very essence in the balance of order. The DSA sells the concept for voiding the importance of utilizing police, prisons, immigration enforcement and to defund the U.S. military (Democratic Socialists of America, n.d.). Not every usage of lawful enforcement is going to present itself in a successful outcome every time, but to seek to abolish them completely is collateral devastation to the economy and, more importantly, the safety of its own citizens. Our sociologic reality cannot function in the least without these governmental bodies.
The overflow of membership dues funds the DSA’s 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization— not a political party (Stilson 2026). Over 87 percent of the socialist group’s total revenue is accounted from these dues resulting in $6.8 million in 2024 (ProPublica, n.d.). A smaller fund that provides the DSA with expenses would be a philanthropic partner called the Democratic Socialist America Fund (Capital Research Center, n.d.). This affiliate group had raised $399,886 that same year. It is difficult to find any other group that delivers more focus among Democratic Party politics than the DSA with costs considered (Stilson, 2026).
Stilson describes the group’s influence as “full-blown revolutionary communism” which grafts itself in the internal politics of its committee members (Stilson, 2026). The ideology of humanism births the ever-growing atrocity of socialism, particularly with the absence of God, and continues to push itself into a radical fanfare as it discretely promotes the doctrine of communism. The extreme Democratic socialist movement demonstrates itself quite parallel to the class conflict theory that was largely pioneered by Karl Marx (Knox 26). Without the inclusion of God’s natural order when deeply looked at under the sociological microscope, we will surely see a government on its way to socioeconomic and cultural turmoil. God’s instructional Holy Scripture provides a wide set of examples for what happens when governed bodies start abandoning divine order and seek to establish authority through its own understanding and its chaotic prideful ambitions. In the book of Hosea 4:6, it tells that governments will collapse when truth and wisdom are abandoned:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children” (The Scofield Study Bible, KJV, 2003).
We can also observe the insensible rebellion, the proliferating injustice, and the corrupt leadership being demonstrated by the radical Democratic Party’s political systems as shown forth in Isaiah 1:4 of God’s Holy Word:
“Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evil doers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward” (The Scofield Study Bible, KJV, 2003).
The idea for the push of this left-sided extremist goal for a definitive uncontrolled means of maximum liberty cannot be pragmatic nor will it ever be. This is what leads me to inquire that this vision of a classless society appears to entertain, confuse, and produce disorder among the nation. As much could be said with the inclusion of the radical right-wing agenda. However, the DSA disguises itself as a “functioning socialist entity” while developing a Marxist-Leninist theoretical framework as a foundational constituent to their cause (Red Star Caucus, n.d.). There is no sensibility for achieving balance with this trajectory for a governing society when God is not made a part of the agenda.
